All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Damage claims are reviewed case by case. If we determine that a replacement is appropriate, we will work with you on the appropriate replacement solution.

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
